• The Company does not guarantee the passing of any exams or certifications as a result of course participation.

10. Photo, Video, and Audio Release

By participating in any How to Drink Wine courses, coaching sessions, discovery calls, webinars, or other educational services (collectively, "Services"), you hereby grant How to Drink Wine, its affiliates, representatives, and assigns the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and publish any photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or other media ("Media") in which you appear or are featured, whether recorded during live sessions, pre-recorded courses, or any other interaction with our Services.

You acknowledge and agree that How to Drink Wine may use such Media for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Marketing and promotional materials, including advertisements, brochures, and flyers
• Website content and social media platforms (including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter)
• Educational and training materials
• Press releases and public relations activities
• Testimonials and case studies
• Email marketing campaigns and newsletters

You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any written copy that may be used in connection with the Media. You further waive any right to royalties, compensation, or other payment related to the use of the Media. You understand and agree that all Media becomes the property of How to Drink Wine, and How to Drink Wine may use, edit, alter, or modify the Media at its sole discretion.

You release and hold harmless How to Drink Wine, its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liability arising from the use of your likeness, voice, or appearance in the Media. This release is binding upon you, your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

If you do not wish to be recorded or have your Media used for marketing purposes, you must notify How to Drink Wine in writing at [email protected] prior to participating in any Services. How to Drink Wine will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, but cannot guarantee that all Media can be excluded from our materials.
